Recommend some speakers

Can someone recomend me a solid set of speakers and tweeters to us without an amp?

I have and 09 SR5, so she just have speakers in the front doors. Would like to improve the sound. I added a new stereo, so got on more step.

Also plan to put a little sound deadening material in the doors and rear panel.
