I got my stage 3 and still debating if i should spend 970 bucks for local shop to do install+alignment or do myself install? and is 970 reasonable cost for shop to charge for install + alignment?

I did my OME kit install this weekend and it was easy. Once you finish one side, the opposite side is a breeze. Just set aside the whole day in case you have frozen bolts, etc.

To answer your question that is an ok price for a full suspension install (coilovers /ucas/leafs/rears) with alignment.

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
If you have the tools, time and know how, save yourself $850 or so bucks for your next mod.
