Good luck on your lca bushing project. (I read it on another thread) Which bushings are you going with?
Please keep us posted either here or on the other thread.

Ok so I knocked out the LCA bushings and Rack and Pinion bushings yesterday.....was a 6 out of 10 on the PITA scale and that's only because one of the cams was seized in the LCA so I had to cut it with a grinder and cutoff wheel to get the LCA out. Only advice is you might as well get new rack and pinion bushings also so you can change them too, since you have to remove all those bolts anyways to give yourself room to remove the cam bolts. Even after marking the cams. I still need an alignment, so will be doing that tomorrow.

@BYJOSHCOOK so I was able to use the supplied "punch" from King to turn the collar.....they came out of the box with 11 threads showing on top so I did 2 full turns on my drivers side. The manual says 2 1/2 turns equals 1/2" of lift I believe....the 2 turns 13 threads showing seems to have leveled out the taco lean....time will tell

That's what I did roughly, mine might be a little taller but damn it still rides great. Was hitting 40 mph on some trails this past weekend and it felt great :D

Ordered everything to drop it a bit...that will be it after that :rofl:besides disneyworld just wiped my bank account out....didn't help that I was trying to hide these wheels from the wife, but she ended up taking today off (working from home) so it's hard to hide a big brown truck pulling up to the house...at least my couch is comfortable....cuz that's probably where I will be sleeping:ohsnap:

The side where the spindle goes through the plate will be boxed in for more support underneath as well

First of all I would like to give the BIGGEST MAHALO'Z to @Honeybadger415 Tyler for busting his ass to get this thing fabbed up! It definitely wasn't easy and we had some hickups, but for his first time building something like this it came out pretty damn good!!!
    20170526_123453.jpg 20170526_150700.jpg 20170526_150726.jpg 20170601_104256.jpg 20170601_104241.jpg 20170601_104231.jpg
Now to wait for my matching SR8 that should be in mid this month
