Do you guys have any recommendations for a general all around solid 3 person tent (its just for 2 people but the bigger size might be nice). Weight isnt an issue since it'll be in the truck. Im planning a trip from southern arizona and ending in southern utah.

A nice 3 person RTT would be the best if weight isn't an option :D:D

Apache and Roosevelt have been my favorites. Roosevelt will probably have tons of room to camp on the lakebed if we set up towards the north end of the lake.

Late June/early July would be good. Hell we could even do a July 4th celebration. It would have to be 1st-3rd in that case.

There's a slim chance I could make this depending on how close Niki seems to poping out the baby.

Roosevelt for the beach camping! I like June as July/August start to get real hot at nights
