    Breaking in the new suspension.
So after 3k pounds towing and 150 random driving miles everything has settled 3/8-1/2 inch all the way around

I'll snag a pic in the morning before heading to work. Just got everything unloaded and got a little dark. It's a hair noticeable with the settling. CV boots look good to, not really any fin contact

Great thanks! My suspension is getting installed in a month....I can't wait, although I'm still trying to decide on the 3rd or 4th notch with my 650# springs.

Nice! Yeah I was going to wait little longer but my leafs were going negative arch and I had the cash. Plus I know I'll need tires in the fall so didn't wanna really go broke haha

What are you going to do in the rear? With 650lb springs idk might be able to go down a notch. I would say have someone with a legit spring compressor or order the things assembled. I blew up my impact trying to use one of those small compressors

The rear will be full Dakar pack plus the OME d29xl aal, so add about 1/2" more lift to the back. Bilstein B110 shocks to compliment the raised height. I want to have close to factory rake so once the truck is loaded down it will sit level. (i.e. say no to bro lean).
Front aluminum bumper with 9500 lbs winch, full aluminum skids and steel sliders will be the weight on the front. Plus I will be adding a dual battery setup under the hood next spring.

Hmm ok if the spring length is the same I say go for the 4th notch. 600 pound spring with the rear Dakar and add a leaf it would def sit rear high. With the 650 spring at the 4th notch it will probably have 3/4 to just under 1 inch rake. Toss on all the front weight you mentioned would increase that slightly. And load up the rear with camp gear or whatever you decide will probably level it out

@jztacoma any rubbing with your 1" Bora spacers? Pre and post lift.

    Thank you!!

So when I mounted the 265/70R17 on stock suspension/wheels and no spacers. I had ever so small rubbing on the upper control arms (forward end) at full lock. Previous owner removed the mudflaps so I don't know if it would rub there. And it had a slight rub on that little front mud flap.

Post wheel spacers I got a rub on the rear lower fender flare. Only really noticeable in reverse at full lock.

Now post lift I have no rubbing, I did try to put the little front mud flaps back on and they immediately rubbed in reverse full lock so took them back off

Welp Falken bought my tires back due to the accelerated wear I was getting. So after spending all night trying to pick what I wanted to replace them with (literally it was like Santa asking what you want for Christmas the day before but you didnt know Christmas was coming). So I was pretty set on the Cooper STMaxx. They've got a lot of great review, I felt they would suit my driving, and they checked a lot of the right boxes.
Had it down to which size to go, and honestly was a flip of the coin and went with 255/80R17. Tall and skinny 33 should work nicely I think with the lift and will still handle the towing and hauling I do. I think I will still end up running a winter set of 265s though

They should get here Tuesday I'm guessing. So either take Wednesday off or see if my buddy can stay late at his shop to get them on right away

Yeah I'm hoping with the 6 speed manual and such it should be a good combo. I've heard a lot of good things about them

So installed the ECGS front diff bushing over the weekend. Learned some tricks from the last time I did this. Stuck the Bushing in the freezer for a few hours and it went right in without to much of a fuss. Keeping my eye on it just to make sure the CV axle actually seated correctly. Had a little oil weeping coming out of it but thinking it was just some leftover oil that caught around the outside edge.
Good news though is the 40-45mph vibration I was having is now gone.
Tomorrow the new tires should be arriving so might call in "sick" Wednesday to get them installed
