yea man, another good review lol. thanks for checking on build info
aero port tuned to 33hz is 23.79" minus the 6". That seems more more manageable than the 23" overall of the 30hz tune. thanks for twisting my arm. Will order aeroport along with sub. Or, what the heck, make that sucker long as will fit. With the two 8's back there now there's not much room to mount amps. Have a couple temporarily installed in cubby under rear seat, and sub amp tucked away with the subs. Luckily they are not large amps. Once system sounds good can clean everything up for a nicer install

Yes, and if the amps are small
Enough you can perminatly mount them under the front seats.

As for the box port length, that's usually how we do it. There are other more important factors that play into how things sound than just the on paper literature.

Also remember not all the port has to be inside or outside of the box. It can be 1/2 inside and 1/2 outside

the cut out diameter for the 3" precision port is 5 1/4", the bottom of the enclosure is 7 1/2" tapered up to 3 1/2". Subtract 1 1/2" for wall thickness ( 3/4" x2) that leaves 3/8" of MDF between the cut out and the front and rear panels, and less as the taper goes up. How much exactly I wont know until i can take some measurements. Would have to make sure not to put screws into the radius, if the port fits
