After a little more research it looks like Caliraised IS Apex... well at least they own their catalog and have taken over the manufacturing. Apex is now doing more research and design as opposed to manufacturing.

That's what I think happened. I did speak with him earlier. I actually ordered his complete setup for the '13. Guess I need to install it and see how I like the brackets, if so I can get them to mount this bar on the '17.

Yes we make Apex brackets and took over manufacturing, and exactly he is a designer for us now instead of the manufacturing side. By the way all of our products are free shipped same day and have no tax. The price you see is the at your door price. Let me know if you have any questions.

That was a good deal. I almost bought it too lol. I really wanted amber backlit though and I was able to find the bar and harness new for $27X shipped, so I couldn't turn that down!

I'm not familiar with that light bar but I don't see why not. The dimensions should be roughly the same to use the same mounting brackets. Wiring may not be the same that I wrote up but should be equally simple. I'm really happy with the brightness of mine for what it's worth but brighter is always better!

Anyone had any luck with the Mictuning 180w 32" bar? I know it's a China bar but reviews seem to say they are built fairly well for the price point.

I installed this same one with the Mictuning wiring harness, OEM style switch, and Cali Raised brackets a couple of months ago and really like it. Big thanks to pwalnut and rysingsun for laying everything out so well.

Installed one. Nice piece with a good price. Found at least 4 screws were loose and gaps between clear plastic and body can be seen. Several thing you must do before install into the Taco:
    1. Remove all the screws, and clear plastic. Apply High Temp Clear Silicon sealant and assy. back
    2. Ensure all the screws is secured. Power cord also must apply sealant at the end.
Per review, majority failures caused by moisture and liquids contamination. So reseal and torque all the screws will help.

I think Im going to go ahead and order the 32" Auxbeam 5D combo bar for $89. Only a year warranty vs the Mictuning bar which has a 2 yr warranty but the Cree with 5D optic lens seems appealing to me.

    From the forum:
"To take the dash pocket/cubby/shelf out you need to pull the kick panel and then the entire lower dash below the wheel. The pocket is held in from behind with four screws.I recommend popping it out from the back by (at least partially) removing the lower dash panel. It's only 4 or 5 screws... very easy."
