2009 sport, when I apply the brake to shift truck it randomly will not shift. I have to work the brake pedal a few times and it will shift out of park. This just started. Any suggestions? Are their any adjustments? Also my abs and anti slip lights will light up...wheel sensor?

Don't think the 2 are related. As far as the "shift out of park" issue, put a brake lamp switch in it.
For the ABS and VSC lamps, you'll have to get codes pulled to narrow it down.
Other than that, you can check wiring and connectors for looseness or damage.
Sometimes the speed sensors build up corrosion where they mount into the hub and it increases the air gap to the reluctor. Result, intermittent ABS lamp and or low speed ABS actuation.

When I went to the parts store to have the code read the lights were not on. Can the speed sensors be cleaned? Replacing the brake light switch will fix the not shifting out of park?

Actually, looking at the diagram, there is also a STOP LAMP CONTROL relay in the circuit as well. Here's what happens; you step on the brake pedal, the stop lamp switch sends power to the relay, which in turn signals the shift lock control ECU to activate the shift lock solenoid. So you could have a relay issue, but most intermittent "won't shift from park" issues have been the stop lamp switch.

AND, it also looks like the Skid Control ECU is part of the relay circuit as well, so the ABS/VSC lamps could be related.
