    Just a single picture? :notsure:

That's no way to sell a vehicle. Even one that sells itself.

I'm not a naturally trusting person though. Seems shady. Careful OP.....don't want to end up as a sex gimp in someone's basement

Part of me wants to say it's a scam, but they put their phone number and scams usually have a weird email and also a description that doesn't really match the vehicle such as "v8 four cyl engine, runs smooth no problems."

Or it could be someone who is not an native English speaker, or someone who is not very computer literate, or someone who doesn't have their phone in their hand constantly, or someone who decided not to sell, or someone who is a horrible salesperson...

I wouldn't pay that much for such an old vehicle, but they seem to sell around there so probably where it should be. I sold a 2000 trd Offroad ext cab 5 speed with 75k on the clock for 14.5k in 2015

Seems pretty clean to me. Pull the carfax for the mileage. Doesn't seem like much rust except for the muffler.

That's minimal concern for a truck that old, for that price, with that mileage.

If the frame is good, buy it and drive it to WA, OR, CA and sell it for a lot more.

Just wanted to let you guys knows I bought the truck last Sunday, I hope to swap out the OME 3inch lift from my 03 extended cab TRD that I just installed, over to this one. I'am guessing that I should be able to then put the 2001 factory suspension into the 2003. It rides great, as it only has 36k on it. In my opinion, the 2003 will still be better that what it had when I bought it.
