    Hello,

I did some searches and didn't manage to turn up the answer I am looking for so here's the question.

Is it possible to program the truck to roll all the windows down via key fob press?

I already have the Veepeak OBD2 adaptor and Carista app. I don't see this as an option in the configurable options. I did program my 4Runner and would like to do the same thing with the Taco.

Anyone have this set on your Tacoma?

Unfortunately there in no option to program all windows down on the Tacoma.
Love this option on my 4Runner.

    Next question...

Is it possible to roll down any windows when the truck isn't running?

So, a window like the drivers window from the fob?
Or the drivers window and back drivers side window from the opened drivers door?

The issue here is Texas heat and coming back from a dog walk. With the 4Runner I can remotely roll down the windows.

Is it possible to roll any combination of windows down without having to jump in the drivers seat, press the brake peddle and hit start?

    Thanks!

I've not looked into anything specific on this 3rd gen or otherwise for aftermarket alarm installs but you should be able to do it with an aftermarket alarms auxiliary option. I was always partial to the Compustar branded devices. Their higher end features can be found on their drone mobile.

    All stock.
To roll down or up the windows you only need to be in accessory mode. The vehicle does not need to be running, or at least my ‘18 RAV didn’t. To enter ACC mode with the fob, do NOT press the brake, just press Start once. This will turn on all the accessories without turning on the engine. You do not need to be in the driver seat, nor pressing the brake unless you want to start the engine. Then just press it again to turn off the ACC, or press the brake and Start to fire up the engine. I can’t try it out on my ‘22 Taco because it has an actual key.

    Yup I do.
Maybe I misunderstood the 3rd question twice removed.
