the only problem is i could have paid ($11,368.50) instead of $12,018 because i got the stupid GAP insurance.
since i am paying $9,000 on my first first payment that means i only need to pay finance $2,368 to pay off rest of the amount i owe on the truck (AKA the GAP)
they said for 650$ dollars MORE i can add GAP insurance meaning that if i go into a car accident or the car gets stolen i wouldn't have to pay the remaining $2,368.0 that i owe on the truck.
i realized i can completely pay off $2,368 in 3 months and it was highly unlikely that id crash or get my car stolen in 3 months so i don't even need gap insurance!
tomorrow im calling to see if he can take off the $650 gap insurance so i can just pay the $11,368.50 like i originally planned instead of $12,018!

That's a little steep and I would never pay that much money for any truck with that many miles, you can get a used newer gen for that price
    You got ripped son

Fox 2.0 Coilovers in the front and Fox 2.0’s in the rear, Total Chaos UCA’s, Al-lpro expo leafs, K&N cold air intake, TRD headers,Magnaflow catback exhaust,URD short throw shifter, switched out my 60/40 bench seat for some Tacoma Limited seats, Replaced the vinyl shift boot for a leather one, completely soundproofed the cab w/ Frost King. Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
I looked for over a year, looked on EBay Motors, AutoTrader, Craigslist for a black Tacoma ext cab (2001-2004) v6, 5 speed, 4WD, under 100,000 miles. This was the only one I found and it was 10 minutes from my house so I bit the bullet. Also, it depends on location. WNC is on the high priced end.

Nice work! I paid about $12,000 for my '04 with about 175k miles. Looks like we have about all the same options. However, I was able to find one with a replaced frame.

Yes, it is over book. But, you won't be able to find what you have below what you paid (unless it's a divorce special).

IMG_2956.jpg If the truck is clean, drives good and well maintained mileage does not mater on a Tacoma. The 1st gen Tacoma's are bullet proof. Their is a low mileage 2003, 2WD Tacoma Prerunner for sale here in south Florida for $16,900.00 plus tax, tag and title!! The truck is beautiful and if I did'nt just buy my 90K, 2003 Taco I would be all over that truck!! Buy the way I paid $14,300.00 for my truck (pictured above) out the door and it's worth every penny to me!
