Before I had my 1 inch block installed I had to drive around with the lean for two weeks! Felt like I might take off at any moment and it was only a 1/4 inch lean when parked. I'm sure it looked like 3/4 or more when acceleratoring.

With the lean! Maybe it was leaning cause of the coffee? LOL!

Trillcox: I ended up purchasing a 2" and had it installed today. It is perfect, dead level. Looks great and rides great. The alignment was not an issue for them. I ended up using a MotoFab 2" (http://www.motofablifts.com/2005-2016-Toyota-Tacoma-2-Front-Leveling-Lift-Kit-p/taco05-2.htm) and it was really well designed. Very rugged, didn't need any tweaking for the holes to lineup, etc. 1.5" would work but I think the back end would be slightly higher still. Anyway, good luck, it was well worth the $75 for the parts and $200 for the install and alignment. Looks a ton better, feels great and will allow for a 32" tire now.

Sorry Bigfoote13, didn't know anyone would be that interested, thank you for asking. I know that leveling kits are definitely not as nice as a real lift, but I am just a weekend warrior on two tracks (family camping, etc.). I am really happy, yes I wish it was a real lift but it is definitely an upgrade for me. Someday, will get the real deal. Here are the pics, and thank you again for asking...

Looks good! I have two inches up front also. I hope to be putting an aal in the rear this weekend!

Thank you Bigfoote13. If you don't mind, would you post a picture when you had your rear AAL? I would like to see how that looks as I was sort of thinking that would be my next mod down the road. I was contemplating using one of those 1" blocks but from what all the members have wrote, it sounds like the AAL is a much better way to go.

A little late to this thread... I have 5100's set at 1.75 and a 1" block in the rear. Bilsteins off Amazon were $89 a piece, blocks were $130(?) for the set. I installed the struts and blocks so it didn't cost me much... add the alignment for another $100 or so. The rear block is t ideal but I was impatient. Going to install a 1.5" AAL within the next few months. I now sit about .5" higher in the rear, looks great to me. I'm happy with out come. Sitting on 16" pro comp 7032 wheels and 265/75 KO2's.
