Drivers side seat 07 tacoma

I am wondering if the bucket seats are the same (drivers side and passengers side) on a 2007 Tacoma trd 4 door. I have some wear on my covers and have come across a passenger seat with the same color fabric. I know that the recline handle is on the wrong side, but was wondering if I could replace the bottom and back on from the passenger side to the frame of the driver side.
