I got these jigs about 2yrs ago from a buddy who was visiting family in Texas. He said they were made by Texas tackle factory, but after searching I can't find them. They have regular plastics that look similar, but these are weighted. Wondering if anyone can identify them for me. In the picture, the top one is a tsunami and the bottom one is the one I need help with.

The one on the left looks almost like a home made job. Academy and bass pro carry the brand but I didnt see those colors.

The only difference is these are molded around a weight like the storm and tsunami baits. Ttf only has them unrigged. In my opinion it makes a huge difference in the way it swims. The link you shared I have seen previously and they're identical but you need to add your own lead head to it. I assume the ones I have are discontinued. I guess I can just get a weighted worm hook and rig it Texas style. I too like bass assassins and was using the 3" shad assassin the other morning and they worked well, other than having to change them after every 3rd fish.

TTF makes a lot of stuff that is experimental and discontinued.

Your using the wrong hook- thats why its swimming wrong.

    Try one like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00688VJIU

Never said anything was swimming wrong, just that I prefer the way one swims over the other. Internal, more centered weights seem to give a more erratic action than just a jig head which is why I was trying to find the one lure. I use mission fishin jig heads witch are very similar.
