Took Montes advice and ran a ton of RTV in the dead space/rocker panel area. Also cleaned up the bit of flexseal from the other night and ran RTV along all of the seams for the tub. Going so spray a rubberized coating over it tomorrow morning (inside and out) and hope this shit is over with.

    Good luck, man!

I swear, once I get my liners finished up this weekend, I'm gonna borrow the neighbors pressure washer, dial it back a bit, and see if there are any leaks. I'd rather know now when I can do something about it.

Use some roofing tar...shits thick and sticky. No water getting past that stuff. Used to seal edges/corners on the roofs of houses etc.

The RTV looks promising and I laid it on thick. After hitting the welds/seams with RTV I covered everything with spray on bed liner (inside and out; multiple coats). Everything looks pretty good as of today - I actually just finished putting everything back together. I'll tackle the passenger side if any issues come about, but I don't even want to look at it in fear I'll jinx everything and a leak will develop over there.

If I still have a leak after this weekend my new permanent residence will be ADX Florence for felony arson, as I'll likely end up burning my rig and all surrounding objects to the ground.

Updated initial post with links to mods, links to trip reports, and the notable trails list.

Found out some of the trip reports no longer have linked photos as I switched from Photobucket to Flickr. I'll have to make some edits once time allows.

I finally purchased a new antenna wire for the satellite connection on the Sirius/Xm receiver.
Hooked it up and have satellite radio again!

I need some input on where to put the digital display. I don't want to mount it to the dash. Also don't want it to remain where it currently sits forever. Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You could mount it inline with the console on either side?

Mount it where your rear view mirror is. Not like you can see anything behind you with that 35 on the back.

Get rid of it because satellite radio sounds worse then a broken record convert to a 32kbps mp3

I use it for talk radio. I enjoy listening to the news/music talk shows while driving.

Plus it's a free subscription. I pulled the unit from an old company truck we got rid of.

Get out of here with your audio engineering bias :luvya:

Hey Austin, how is that air cleaner box from Amazon working for you?

I'll be going back to a stock box here soon in order to run a snorkel and level up my expo game. I could go troll the junkyard, but for $60, I figure this one might be worth a shot.

    Thanks!

Just get the Amazon one and be done with it. The only grip I have is that the metal clips were a bit finicky, but I just bent them until they latched tight. @SilverGhost has the same box - both seem to be working just fine.
