Okay, so I installed bilstein shocks and toytec coils set on the bottom setting. It gave me right at two inches of lift.
I had the alignment done, new cv shafts, tie rod ends and lower ball joints replaced at the same time since they needed it.
I also installed light racing uca's.
Just got done replacing the inner needle bearing on the front diff.
I have had a vibration since adding the lift, and after all this done, the vibration is still there. It feels like it under my feet, so I assume it is coming from the front end.
In the rear I used an add a leaf.
Any ideas what would still be causing the vibration?

What kind of tires? Most likely culprit is tires out of balance. Second is rear pinion angle, you may need to shim the rear pinion up 2-3 degrees.

I forgot to mention that I have a diff. drop also. Before the billies, I had a leveling kit in the front and same set up I have in the back as I currently have. Had zero issues with vibrations with the leveling kit. I still feel like the vibration is coming from the front. The tires are just street tires and the same ones I have had on there since before the leveling kit.

Diff drop won't make any difference unless you're in 4wd. Try rotating the tires, see if anything changes. I would still recommend having them rebalanced, most tires need it every couple years anyway. What speed do you notice the vibes at?

tie rod ends ? outter ?

suspension lift kits can often exacerbate worn components
and cause vibrations or other issues.

Did you replace /or upgrade the steering rack's bushings ?
Check those by having someone turn the steering wheel
full left, full right... and look for steering rack movement/shift.

The inner tie rods fail more often then the outters.
In fact I have 16 years on my outters without failure.
But I've gone thru three S racks and on the 4th pair
    of inner tie rods.
Bigger tires and off road abuse does that.

^ both issues could be the cause of vibration.

Being you state that it feels like it's under your feet...

I would double check the body(cab) mounting bolts to ensure they are tight.
Equally inspect the body mounts for wear.
Often the rubber on those can separate or flatten
and create metal to metal contact.

Could also have something to do with the Tcase mount.

I think you need to go into more detail
as to when and where you feel this vibration ?

Could be a simple fault like tire imbalance...
Or a more challenging driveline fault
caused by an improperly installed susp. lift.

Because you did so many repairs at one time...
it'd be difficult to make determination
that those components were installed correctly.

    Who's doing the install - repairs ?

Do you have rear lift? Check your u joints.

I never had any vibration issue with just the 3" leveling kit and the rear add a leaf. Then I put the new coilovers on and now have the vibration.
Same tires also. The alignment shop replaced tie rod ends and new cv shafts and lower ball joints.
The vibration is mainly around 25-30mph and then again around 55-60 mph.
I actually installed the lift myself, and then took it to a shop to have it aligned and they replaced the above mentioned components.
Not sure what s S-racks are exactly?

lube your u-joints. the increased angle at the carrier can cause some vibrations. besides, you probably haven't touched the u-joints ever.

Reviving old-ish thread for possible resolution.

I'm having the same issue. Installed the 5100s all around with stock coils. Only vibration was around 20 mph, which is likely the carrier.

Recently installed Toytec coils and SPC UCAs. Now I get a vibration around 55 mph. The wheels only have about 2000 miles. It's not like a unbalanced wheel vibration. It's like driving over a really fine washboard. Sounds like it's coming from the front.

Could the additional lift in front cause another vibration in the rear?

    OP,
    Did you resolve your issue?
