No I haven't had a chance to revisit this. My second daughter was born in February and it hasn't been a priority.

Its mounted but not wired yet. I literally just finished getting it mounted this morning.

Whats not shown is a nail is welded to the nut to keep it from rotating when tightening the bolt. Otherwise the bolt and nut just spin when the corner cap is on. A rivnut would have been a non-ghetto way of doing this but I didn't want to spend 70 bucks on a tool I only was going to use once.

So it's pretty much a direct bolt on to the front runners rack? Nice what size ?

Well you need to drill to holes and then you have to mount the light with the rack already attached to the truck.

In the pictures with painters tape the tape is being used to mark the edge of the front mounting point of the rack to the rails. Anything in blue is where you can drill through w/o having to modify the rails.

The curved outline is the inside edge of the corner cap.

The light mounting brackets ends up resting on the bottom of the corner cap and the bottom of the mounting plate on the rail.

Ill see if I can get a picture later as its hard for me to explain in text.

It just was luck that the holes lined up in the small area with the light centered on the rack and the front of the light flush with the front of the rack.

I should also note that right now I get a whistle when i go over 15mph. I am browsing McMaster-Carr right now for a rubber flange that i can shove up in the T channel and extend down to meet the top of the light to close off that gap.

    Something like this.

Pulled the light bar and rack today to install the rubber flange.
This flange is beefy and it was a bitch to get in. Like most tight things though a significant amount of lube will get the job done.
