    I have a 2010, Toyota 2.5D4D single cab that has done 400 000km.
However what is happening is that it has lost power, it no longer has that agility when I start it.Even when I am on the road it does not have the power that I know it has, when I am accelerating it doesn't perform well.
In the morning when I start it, it starts on the second or third try.
Morever as it idles it produces white smoke, and at times the engines shakes violently, not the normal shake that we all know.I serviced it about 3months ago, changing all filters.
What could be the problem, where do I start?
    Thank you in advance.

Have the spark plugs been changed? If not change them. I would also recommend cleaning the mass air flow sensor and throttle body. good luck
