I have a 2015 Toyota Tacoma double cab with a Leer mid-rise bed cap that has a Thule roof rack installed on the cap. I am looking to add a luggage rack to match the height of the rack on the cap. All suggestions, ideas, and expertise appreciated.

Do you have pics of your current setup? I presume you don't have a factory roof rack on the cab, right? But if you did, maybe get a basket of some sort on there to even up with the height of the cap rack? Either way, your kayak's going to be way up high. I hope you're tall. lol

Thanks Baldridge! I have a Thule Kayak rack. I'm concerned about the uneven distribution of the weight to keep it from hanging to far off the back. Also, it would just be super nice to have a rack that would cover the length of the truck. (too bad we didn't think of that when we bought it). I saw a Tacoma just like ours with two racks that were paired in height, one on the cap and the other on the truck so I know it is possible. Unfortunately, that is about all I know. I appreciate your suggestion. The Hullivator is much nicer than the one I have.

You can leave the attachment brackets on the cross bars when not in use and remove the Hullivator. Makes loading and unloading super easy! I've used it on a Honda Pilot, Accord and Tacoma. It's been worth every penny!
