    +1, you tend to get your butt kicked a lot until you start leveling up, but new options open up over time and keep enhancing your combat/stealth options.

    I think SoM and HZD are the only 2 games I have ever gotten to 100% completion on. But now I have nothing interesting to play. Guess I'll have to go outside or something.

    Yes, and I appreciate the offer. I am more of an "escapist" gamer, although I enjoy the social aspect at times as well. I am not that driven by the loot, but I do get a sense of accomplishment by finishing difficult strikes and raids -- if I get some loot, that's just icing on the cake.

    I was watching Red Bull TV and some WRC coverage, then remembered that I own Dirt Rally. Started the game over using the controller this time rather than my cheap steering wheel, it actually feels more natural than I thought. Finland and I now have a love/hate relationship. Can't miss those important pace notes. I had forgotten how good this game was.

    Looking good. I'm about 50℅ completion on the original, took a break from playing for a bit though. Game is still fun, but it hasn't gotten much harder yet which is a little disappointing.

    Thats true , once you level up to a certain point the enemies don't seem to level up at the same rate as you

    The new game seems to have taken that into account

    I too lazy to check. When does it come out?

    I love everything Tolkien but I tried the first one but couldn't get into it for some reason. I suppose I didn't give it a fair chance. Might pick it up today and give it another shot to get used to the mechanics. I'm assuming the first one didn't have large scale battles in the scope of Helms Deep, Minas Tirith, etc...? Looks like the new one will have all kinds of large scale battles which definitely intrigues me.
