    I thought it would be a good idea to have an ongoing thread about upcoming out-of-state wheeling trips. There is a lot of discussion about them all over various threads throughout this forum, so a dedicated thread only makes sense. This will be updated continually with dates, info, and even pictures.

    First trip sounds like it could potentially be Uwharrie, North Carolina around Thanksgiving. I have spoke with others about Windrock in Tennessee, AOP in Tennessee, and Choccolocco in Alabama. Post up and lets plan something!

    Moab october 2018? What would you consider necessities? Ill have a 3" lift by than hopefully 285's, but I only have stock oem skids and bumpers. So should I invest in new skids or better bumpers for the trip.

    I hope you're ready to have about $500 a month less money to live on, maybe even less if the wife works. :D I lived in Conyers, just outside the Atlanta area for 2.5 years. When I finally got my transfer back to Tampa, it was like I got a $500 a month raise. Be ready to pay big money every year for tags too. I would imagine it'll be around $500 a year per vehicle with your Taco and the T4R. Florida may suck for the 11 months of heat and the crappy wheelin' but living here allows you to have more money to spend on the fun stuff. :thumbsup:

    I would imagine that's true of Florida too if you were looking for something out in the sticks. I would also imagine that the closer to Atlanta (or Augusta) you got the more property would cost.

    And then there's the damn state income tax to consider. :p
