You know you live in Utah when you use the heat and AC in the same day.

In your car and house ... heat in the morning, A/C in the afternoon.

The mountains sure look pretty this time of year though.

The wedge is pretty central and there's toilets there, great spot for a first timer. Just after the cattle gate up calf creek canyon there is a fantastic spot with a huge split rock, it does get nabbed pretty quickly on the weekends though. More spots farther up but not as nice (even a frog pond). Lot's of info over on expeditionutah.com have a fun trip.

Hey guys, I'm camping over by st George because sadly my trip to Whitmore point was cut short by a torn cv boot. So tomorrow I'm going to whatever toyota is here unless someone can give me a suggestion on a mechanic near me?

Whitmore point overlook is awesome! I was there last december, 65* temps in the day! Dixie 4wd in st george is a good shop to go for a simple fix like that. I bet O'rilley sells CV shafts also, they are relatively easy to change out even in a parts store parking lot

Anybody in the SLC area have a recommendation as to where I can find a reasonably priced spare wheel for a '16 tacoma in a 17"? I'm looking to run a full size spare (285/70R17) but my current set up is on a 16" wheel.

Thanks, been looking there and contacted a few people. None seem to be parting with the spare wheel set up and nobody wants to just sell me 1 of the 4 oem wheels (weird i know o_O ). Anyway I'll keep browsing around.

I bought a spare OEM wheel from Billy's wheels & caps forever ago. At the time they bought the take offs from the dealers and then resold them. I can't remember what I paid but they were more than happy to sell me 1 wheel.

yeah go to Goblin Valley and head towards Little Wild Horse Canyon. You can stay on that road and come out on the other side of the swell. Pretty cool area and I would highly recommend Little Wild Horse Canyon.
