Better satellite antenna for a 2009 Tacoma?

    2009 Tacoma 4x4 crew cab
    Have a 2009 with sirius satellite and wonder if a 2015 shark fin antenna will connect without modification? Wiring? Or is there a better antenna solution for the 2009 as it drops a lot more than my other car does.
