Purchase survey I'm sure he's referring to, think its online now instead of paper, they've been doing it for years along with other brands, not just "Toyotra".

 

Yes, it was the on-line purchaser's survey - started with an email as below. Realizing they are just trying to find out who buys their trucks, I thought some (quite a few, actually) of the questions were disappointing in that they seemed geared toward trying to figure out if they should make a long-lasting reliable truck or just something that has bling all over it and performance isn't relevant. Shouldn't Toyota (or Toyotra, if you prefer) realize by now that historic reliability and overall capability is what they are known for? The survey left me feeling they were willing to head down the wrong path, unless, of course, most people buy them just to be seen in them. I hope that's not the case.
