I had that same PA speaker with my set up. While it worked great for use on the trail going real slow or in parking lots, you're not going to be too terribly loud. Even at a stop light it's hard to hear it.

That's what I was afraid of. I found a speaker used in Patrol Cars and its 120W but it is quite pricey

 

It's still a hell of a lof of fun. There is a way to make it LOUD, but I never went that route. You basically get a 65w PA all weather speaker and a small amp, and run it that way. Then you'll be loud as hell. It'd only cost around $60 or so.
