Hey guys, so yesterday I replaced the rotors and brakes on my 2001 Tacoma because it would stop very unevenly and jerky. After I changed everything it jerks even more now and once I get up to 45mph my whole truck starts to shake! What the heck is going on?!?!

make sure you put the rotors on straight and held on by at least two lug nuts while putting caliper on. I usually wire brush or wire wheel around the hub before installing rotors so that they go on easier.

then make sure your wheels are fully seated. I had my passenger side not fully seated and drove to Florida, only to find loose lug nuts after 900+ miles :(

If it seems like the brakes are causing it, maybe the calibers are hanging up or the pistons in calibers are sticking or cocked? could be the rails caliber slides in and out on worn causing it to get cocked or stick? could be a bent rim or tire with broken belts? wheel or hub bearings bad? Jack wheel up just enough so you can turn it by hand, lay a block of wood or on ground so it just touches the outside edge or tire and rotate wheel to see if it wobbles in and out, also put it in front or behind wheel to see if it's out of round.may want to check your drive shaft out for lose U joints.
