On the home screen you can have 3 area with different info showing. I have the larger section showing the NAVZ, 2nd is MUSIC and 3rd PHONE. In the phone section you can set 4 favorites to show on the screen so if you want to call one of those 4 numbers, just tap that name button on the screen. How can I delete all of those names/numbers. I think I found how to change them but not remove it from the screen back to just a blank space.

If go in and REMOVE PERSONAL DATA, what will I need to reset up again? I haven't tried that but maybe that's the only way to remove those 4 names/numbers.

I wrote the above post after searching for about an hour. After, I got creative and finally found something searching for "contacts".

But hopefully someone will know or have a better way. The other poster from 2015 said he had to remove his phone, disconnect from Bluetooth, then reconnect his phone. I'll try that but seems there should be a delete button somewhere.
