Just noticed this bolt sticking out today. I had Toyota replace my water pump and timing belt about 3 months ago. Is there anything special I need to do other than tighten this down?

Defrost mirrors, compass/temp display rear view mirror, rear wiper on camper shell, trans.cooler.
Tighten it down and check all other accessories they would have removed as well.
Or take it back and have them do it.
