    Too much to list!
Glad you are OK. So sad for the truck. Sadly, they never learn.

Glad you both are ok. I think you have just help give me a piece of mind by these pictures. I know I was a bit leery about safety since I decided to get rid of my Tundra and go back to the Tacoma. Yet your pictures make me feel much better. Again, I'm happy you both are ok and sorry for the loss of our friend.

Get to a doc and get things checked out. If they find anything the documentation will help you plead your case to the insurance. I would ask for damages (money) to compensate you for possible future injury. It's going to be tough but it's doable.

Did you obtain an attorney? They should help you fight this. If you are going at this alone have the guts to stick up for yourself and fight. I think the only personal advice I can give someone who's going at it without an attorney is don't settle for what you don't want because of time. They'll drag things out to wear you out.

Allstate has been good for me. They've always been quick to get things done without giving me a hard time.

Read this again. It's on his insurance to make you whole. They can fight adds but you can fight back.

If a lawyer won't help you because of whatever, get another lawyer.

Glad you guys are ok, but it only been a few days, go see a doc just cause you can, they know the questions to ask.

Damn dude, you took quite a hit also! Glad you are okay also!

You had your check in 4 days?! I am so pissed off at Liberty Mutual. USAA told me they are done with their investigation and they are liable. They are just waiting on my insurance to assess the damage.. Ridiculous!!

WTF? The drunks insurance is relying on your insurance company to do the estimate/ appraisal? Somethings wrong there.

I am not sure why, but it is going through my insurance and his insurance is paying for it. Definitely seems off to me but as long as my shit gets paid for IDC. I just wish I didn't even have to talk to Liberty Mutual. They ****ing blow.

Whats crazy is that you need to sort the medical stuff out now.
Where im at you can claim injury up to 2 years after. When youre in an accident and get jostled around like that, it can take a while before injuries appear. Blows my mind.

I'm confused by this post - I need to get the medical stuff sorted out now but I have up to two years?

I'm not being a smart ass, I really do not know how this works. It's my first accident and I'm only 25 so my knowledge with this isn't good.

Sorry im in Canada. Last time I checked, you could claim an injury up to 2 years after and accident. Sorry for the confusion. Its definitely different. I would still attempt to sue the life out of that guy though. Claim PTSD or something dumb that all these plastic playground popping pussies bitch about these days.
Im just saying that there is the possibility that this could affect you for a long time. Get everything you can outof it.

OP--very glad to here you and your GF are OK. I rolled several times many years back in a 1965 Opel Kadett wagon, you walk away and are not sure it really happened 'til you look back and see the car.

Yup. Just ask my wife, a drunk driver murdered our daughter in 1998. He will be getting out in 2026, she'll be 82 and likely waiting for him...

Op go get checked out by a doc and get some tests run to make sure and do not sign off on the medical part of the claim. That part of the claim starts when you go see a doctor nd turn the paper work over to your insurance then forward it to the drunks insurance. If you sign off on the medical saying your ok then case closed and here is money for property damage. If you dont sign the medical then there will be a stipulation of how long you have to claim a future issue on this accident.
    Example.
Lets say next year you try to tie your shoe and you herniate a disc. That hernation could have been cause due to being weakened by this accident. And if you signed off on the medical then you an go back. If you dont sign then insurance will have to cover some if not all of the cost associated with treatment of herniated disc.
    Hope his clears it up.
Dont sign unless your sure and read everything even if you need a magnifying glass to do it.
