Quality control, possibly due to trim levels on the line?

This isn't meant to stir up people but I am starting to wonder if they aren't differentiating the different trim levels on the assembly line.

For example: I own a 2017 TRD Offroad SB

My rear diff the 8.75" one was one quart low on fluid. I know the Sport, SR5 and Limited take 3.1 quarts where as mine takes roughly 4.2 quarts.

The rear diff bolt torque is 18 ft/lbs for the 8" and 33 ft/lbs for the 8.75"
    - when I tightened them today I noticed they were a lot looser than 33 ft/lbs; one could guess that they were tightened to 18 ft/lbs but can't be sure
    - I did have some weeping around the clamshell on the rear diff. I tightened them all to 33 ft/lbs and so far so good.

I have the towing package which also means I have a transmission cooler. When I checked my transmission I was also about 1 quart low on transmission fluid. From my understanding tow packages require more fluid (was told about a quart but haven't looked in the FSM yet)

My transfer case was dead on for the amount of fluid and my front was only slightly low. I know the parts are shared between all trims so it makes me wonder.

I have not checked my coolant yet, but I haven't seen any forum complaints about that in particular.

I will admit there are is no excuse about the dry grease fittings as my truck did take 2-3 pumps per.

Can we please keep it constructive. I am not trying to feed the trolls. If you can find any other differences between the trims please let me know. I am curious if trim level is a factor.
