    Hi,

I have a dog who rides around in the back seat of my truck, and loves to have the window down part way (so she can't fall out). Problem is that the window lock on the drivers door, disables the passenger window, and both back door windows, at both point of use and drivers door controls. Every time I want to open or close the windows, I have to disengage the lock. The bigger issue is forgetting to turn it back on, and then the dog steps on the switch and puts it down all the way. I thought I'd be smart and unplug the switches in the rear doors. now the rear windows do not work at all (if i plug the switches in, they work as normal). my assumption is that the computer is looking for a confirmation signal to know that the switches are plugged in. Does anyone have a wiring schematic for the window switches, or know if it's possible to install a jumper into the connector? Otherwise I might have to look at buying extra switches so I can have the plugged in ones hidden inside the door, and have dummy switches installed in the door skin.
