    Does anyone know if a fob for a 2017 Tacoma can be programmed personally? I'd hate to have to bring it to a dealer for a fee.

    You will need Techstream and a cable, a lot of the sellers of the cable on Amazon are providing a CD with Techstream on it. As for the how to, this is the procedure:
