Whos buyin what with Memorial day sales

Decided to head on down in the morning and pick up a Feedback bike repair stand. Prices haven't budged in months anywhere so taking advantage of the 20% off. Bike is looking pretty ratchet from the past two weeks so a good investment....or at least that's the story I'm sticking to when I come home and the how much did it cost conversation happens.

 

I bought a couple days early and got a pop-n-lock for the tailgate.

Did a full oem-style sleeve and wrap job on the wiring and it looks just like factory stuff.

Easily worth the $85 from Amazon. Took longer to install than normal, but that's because I'm super picky about my stuff. Even added some dynamat in the tailgate to help with the "thunking" everyone said would happen. Definitely helped.

 

So far tonight I have booked my trip to Georgetown, SC. A bracket & lock for the Rtic and a thinkware F770. Looking for a bed cover, but can't decide on one.

I would only hope that in the midst of all the sales going on, you would take time to reflect and honor those that have PAID the ultimate sacrifice, so that you and many others here can enjoy their 3 day weekend and all of the bullshit "holiday" sales. It can easily be forgotten, and I'm just giving you a friendly reminder.

 

Everyday is Memorial Day for my family....We Never Forget.......Sometimes feelings go unspoken, but are always on our mind. Cheers to those that have served and those who continue to serve. Remember the fallen and cherish the gifts the ultimate sacrifice has granted each and every one of us still on this Earth, and this blessed Country.

Yep...had a moment of silence and been on my mind all day. My family near me gathered yesterday.

I have one uncle that served in Nam and will never speak about his service. I can only imagine he's taken a life during his tour and/or seen all the hell on earth that would scar anyone. I never call to say happy Memorial Day but he's in my thoughts.

I beat my original guess of going over 300 on stuff I didn't need. I happened to squeak just under!

 

I came in just under and now have bike grease up to my elbows now. Now contending with don't get the shower dirty.

 

Bought an ARB twin compressor! Didn't think I needed one but this site will make you do that.

 

I snagged a grille from DBCustomz Fab.. they were having a 15% off sale. I should prob grab seat covers next... everyone seems to talk good things about Clazzio's. I'm extremely tempted, but they're definitely not cheap. They're apparently super worth it though from everything I've read. I think I went through something like 50 pages in that Clazzio thread. Just because of summer months coming up.. sweat/wetness/dirt protection from grimey work clothes from my cloth seats wouldn't be a bad thing.

 

That is my Mexican go to beer...

 

I generally prefer negro modelo but the rest of the guys shut me down. At least there was no miller on hand.

Got these Level 8 MK6 16x8 0 offset wheels with Memorial day sale. Added the TRD center caps today. Got $160 rebate today also, only took a little over three weeks. I am really liking these wheels.
