    Got the smoker loaded up with ribs this morning. My dad went to Sams and bought a 3 pack of baby backs for me to cook.. and I've got some Spare ribs i trimmed up St Louis style in there too. Using greeneggsnspam's memphis rub he suggested.

    I'm kinda excited about it. I haven't had a change to smoke anything in a while.:hungry:
