Thanks for the color info Island Cruiser and 3rail. Going to shop for a new Tacoma this weekend (hopefully). My first mod will be the grill. There are lots of Tacoma's in my area, so mine will have to look different. I want people to know who they are waving.... or giving the finger to :D

That's some good work there. What did you use to reconstruct the grill?

Why is the Tundra TRD Pro Grille $269 and the Tacoma Grille $429?

Because it's smaller and uses less material to produce. Lol, who knows what goes into pricing $200-$400 plastic.

    did someone say PRO??

the tundra one is the center insert PLUS the lower painted piece. yes, for almost half the price. when you install the pro grille into the tundra you just swap the center piece and discard the painted surround, keeping your color matched surround and bulge. you dont need to buy any extra stuff

if you get a tundra, the PRO grill is cheaper, and you get TWO more cylinders! who could argue with that!? :)

For the money I would rather get the Rigid Industries grill with the built in spot for a light bar. This one looks great and I'm sure the price will go down once the '16s come out and they make parts for that. Give it time

How did you fill in the center after cutting out the stock center? I don't believe that is the same grill, or its photo shopped.

I'm also curious about the current pricing on this grill.
