I am a new Tacoma owner and am trying to learn the differences between a Limited and a Prerunner and other 2WD Tacomas. Any help out there. Google was no help.

Prerunners are 2wd with some off-road capabilities like a locker. Limiteds offer basically every amenity and option available. The prerunner name is only exclusive to Tacomas from 95-15.

Thank you. I wanted the 4x4, but wanted all the bells and whistles I had in the Camry. I had to give up on the 4x4 to get them. Have had it a month and Love my truck though.
