Has anyone successfully used an air brush kit to fix minor paint spots?

I didn't know that was a thing until I saw paint and lacquer being sold for that expressed purpose.

    No.

You cannot spray/air brush paint small sections. Touch up can be used with wet sanding methods but not an air brush. Thats more like sanding and repainting whole panels.
