I would still hug the curb in that one. Someone that parks that badly would not give 2 shits about rubbing your car with their buggy.

What the hell is it with Home Depot and full size trucks? Is it something the dealer goes over with them before they take delivery?

Yep, '67. Started to crank it up yesterday to run some errands and it just lost all power before the engine caught. Multimeter has power at the battery and alternator, fuse panel looks good. No lights, power or anything. I didn't have time to check anything else so that's what I'll be doing today. I hate car electricals. At least it's pretty simple with these old cars. Hoping it's a fusible link gone out, but when is it ever an easy thing?!

I had a newer BMW once. The little circuit board behind the climate controls needed to be replaced. Ended up being 6 or 7 hundred bucks! A few more of those costly repairs later and I had enough - sold it. Nice cars but wow, expensive to repair.

My Grandmother used to complain about her Volvo (80's) that every time she would take in was over $400 whether it was for an oil change or for whatever

Forgot to post this yesterday. There was an incredibly small (4 car) parking lot to the right. All the spots were occupied so logically the sidewalk is the next best parking spot...

It was an empty parking lot but this guy decided to take up 6 spots and not park far away. It's a big rig I know but still.
