2015 Tacoma crew cab 4WD

New here, been searching for a way to add an extra step to the factory installed running board to aid in getting in and out of vehicle for elderly ladies who often ride with us. The current running board is plastic, and we don't want to replace it unless that is the only way to solve the problem.
