MPG difference? 245/75r16 to 265/65r176?

I have the stock 245/75r16 wheels with Fire Destination. Has anyone who upgrade to TRD PRO Sema wheels seen a drop in gas mileage. I plan to go 265/65r17 because the overall diameter is the same. I don't want to get an offroad aggressive tire, something good for highway. Any suggestions on tire? Will the MPG be close to the same?

 

I have 265/65r17 on a 17X8" rims in a BFGoodrich A/t rugged terrain "P" series and I get 22-23 mpg aired to 41psi and the ride is great at 65-75+ mph.
The tire/rim combination is very solid around turns (no lean) and smooth on highway, no problems off-road either but my offroad is mainly sand, mud, gravel no lg or sharp rocks.
