Will a 2005 rear access door panel fit a 2009?

I am new hear so don't beat me up. I have searched and didn't find an official answer to this. Found some talk about it but that's all. I have recently purchased a 09 access cab. And have recently found out how bad the rear speakers are in this model. I have found nice ideas of cutting and making a grill on the ones I own, but they are pretty beat up. Does any one know for sure if the 05 ones will fit without modification?

By now, assume you may have already found your solution. Short answer is YES the '05 - '08 rear door panels are a direct replacement. Suggest more searching, plenty (too many) threads on TW regarding options for improving '09+ access cab rear speakers. You might also try Google searches.
