If your going to buy a cheap light bar, go full cheap buy from Amazon or eBay and save yourself another $125

the pelfrey cut out is for a single row, not sure if anyone successfully fit a double row but this is the one i have

60 watts so less power than the RC, but it fits great and running it off the OEM fog harness.switch

Yeah i dont think that will mount in the pelfrey bumper. Haha. And that thing just looks cheap AF!
So are all your lights up front hooked up to your factory harness?

I may look into picking one of these up. I would like to have the fogs separate from the light bar though. I feel like the light bar would just blind me in fog and dust.

Side note, I got my new lenses from Baja yesterday. Now i have the wide/corning lenses for my fogs! :headbang:

to be honest, it wish i was brighter but i needed something with lower draw to run on the factory harness. its still plenty bright for what I do, buts def no 5D bar. If i were running it separate, id aim for something with more power.

ive seen people say they experience fitment issues though, no guarantee which 20 inch bars actually fit between the mounting tabs. the oz usa does fit perfectly between the tabs but the slot for the bolts needs to be widened slightly.

Not for it to look like its already about to fall apart! haha. Also it will probably catch fire and burn my truck to the ground!

Also for lights that will be projecting forward while im driving i would like to get something decent.

Do you ever wish you had more lumens? I guess its hard to compare the cheap bars to the expensive ones. The lumen difference is usually about 3-5k more.

The only time I ever really used it is when we were cleaning up our campsite in the dark at Texoma. And it was bright enough that the lake cops came over and asked wtf we were doing from the other side of the lake.

Man i didnt even see that RC had the black version... I think i saw someone with the RC bar mounting in a pelfrey bumper, i will probably go with the RC over a more expensive brand for the time being. I am trying to get a winch and light bar for my bumper so i wont have to drop it again to install them later.

Good plan. I'm hoping when I decide on and can afford a new light bar I can switch out the light bar without dropping my bumper or removing the winch but its a tight fit to get to it on the truck.

Yeah but when the we only have a couple weeks a year for nice camping weather it makes it harder. Just have to tuff it out and camp when its hot or find a weekend with a cool front coming in...

I have found a couple spots to camp that you have to take trails to get to, but the spot is pretty cool and the trail is just large enough for my truck. I may need to do some trimming with my tent up top...

From what i have seen the mounts are behind the bumper and most of the lights fill the entire cutout.
