Well I asked a friend of mine who works at a local Toyota dealership about the part numbers for the TRD Pro rear leaf springs. Here they are in case anyone is interested...

    RH - 48210-04840
    LH - 48220-04480

They seem to run about $500 per side :annoyed:

He also said that these are the standard leaf packs that come on Tacoma's sold in Puerto Rico

How are they different then the standard leaf springs?

I think.......... they have a different (progressive) spring rate and provide a slight lift over the ones that come on the off road and sport. I cannot confirm but I know there is something different about them than the ones that come on the US TRD off road & sports. Wish I could see the leaf packs side by side. I only inquired about them from my buddy so if they were somewhat reasonable on price (which they are definitely not) than I was going to get a set instead of aftermarket ones.

They're just way overpriced. There are way better aftermarket options. You can buy progressive add a leafs, and full leaf packs for less than half that price.

Has anyone actually measured the rear of a pro vs TRDOR or sport to see if there is any actual increase in height at the rear? I was under the impression the 1" increase was all in the front only (based off some old posts I'd seen a while back).

Pretty sure its all around the car, rears included.

To OP: interesting-- confirms the toyota press release when they said the Pro had different rear springs as well but the census on TW was, its all the same.

I’ve got an 18 pro and the back was the same height as every other Tacoma I’ve seen.

yeah man, the pro suspension isn’t anything special. It’s just a TRD OR with a cool shift knob and overpriced shocks.

Lol tell me about it... I just put fox 2.5’s on up front, and a Deaver aal in the back, it’s so much better now. The pro fox shocks up front don’t hold a candle to 2.5’s.

Performance at 250lbs then, add a leaf or daker stack? Its my daily and was going to go all out but reality set in and figured this is the best bang for the buck. Currently bed stays empty till I'm using as a truck but when I need it run RTT with Voodoo Rack which was making the rear end lower than front thanks to the overly soft Bilsteins that come on the OR.

Trying to keep things modular for now.

I replaced the fox shocks up front that came on the pro with fox 2.5’s.
Kept the original fox shocks in back and added a Deaver aal from headstrong, tacoaal I believe. Gave me two inches in back, haven’t had any issues with the brake lines yet but do have an order in for a set of brake line relocation brackets.

    I
did this same thing. It is a great firm ride for me when empty. Now loaded up it does sway a bit going down highway, so maybe it is not firm enough in your case and constant load. I am no expert, just passing along what I did for my mostly mall crawling Taco. Might want a whole new Spring setup that handle the load.
