Bilstein 5160s in rear with Toltec Progressive 3 leaf spring, Bilstein 6112s in the front

i have Fuel the Standards and while moving, list my center caps. I didn't install them bc I didn't care for the size. I've found a place that has smaller ones but they need the code on the inside of the caps for fitting!!! Anyone have a way to find out for me???
