Can someone please advise how to set up how the doors lock/unlock when I press the door handle? I searched the site but could not locate anything difinitive. Where in settings (dash panel or stereo) do I begin? Thanks in advance!

Page 592 in the manual has a step by step.
Its in the head unit under vehicle customization. I assume you have a TRD model with entune premium since you are asking about touching the handle.

No problem. If you haven't done so yet, you can download a pdf of the manual from toyota.com and have access to it at your convenience. That way you dont have run out to the truck and get the manual and flip through the pages.

Follow up question on this. Does your passenger door unlock when you press the unlock on the key fob or only the drivers side? Mine is only the drivers side for some reason...

Also in the manual. You can choose which door(s) to unlock with the fob.

1 press = driver side only
2 quick press = unlock all doors

That's what I thought but no matter how many presses it just keeps unlocking only the drivers door.

Huh strange. Someone must have messed with your settings under the vehicle option accessing by the headunit.

I'm sure it's user error, I'll mess with it tomorrow. Glad to know it's not just how the truck works and I am stuck with it though.
