    You're on 285s right?

What's your ground to fender measurement?

These things just look cool. On a other note, I've had the issues with the ball joint boot splitting and leaking grease. I got the measurements from moog and the energy suspension 9.13119 seem like they'll work. Once I get them on I'll update

A common thing I see happening is over greasing the ball-joint. Some grease guns go up to 1300 psi so you can actually rupture the boot and put too much grease into it. An easy trick we use is to put a few pumps of grease in till you see the boot look like it's full and then use a small pick to push down the ball valve in the zerk fitting. That will relieve the pressure along with purge the excess grease out. Wipe clean and you're good to go.

We've also been testing an Energy Suspension boot with good results. More than likely will supply those with them arms.

If you're having a boot issue email me and I'll get some replacements to you.

Thanks for the input, I had been talking with Carlos via email about the issue. I put about 5 pumps in each joint, but the boot was so smashed and folded anyways I figured it was going to pinch. The energy suspension boot you are looking at, does it happen to be the 9.13119 part #? It seems to fit the dimensions given to me by Moog other than height which would really be a good thing so it won't fold under as easily as the factory rubber boot does. Have a great Memorial Day weekend!

We've been testing the # 13024G boot from them with a thin plastic spacer to push the boot up a little tighter onto the body of the ball-joint.

Gonna start welding them up this week, so we're a couple weeks out plus we'll be filling all our backorders first before they are available for new orders.

Well, hopefully the ones you guys are testing work better. The ones I picked up fit perfect other than height. Once I let it go to full droop it came off the top of the joint. Oh well. May have to just get some rubber ones so I can get back up and running.

@Livinserene We use the vehicle specific Moog ball-joint. Here are their part numbers. They press in & out just like they would in the factory arms so any mechanic can do it.

    K80811 Tacoma 05-17
    K500018 4Runner 03-17 / FJ 07-14

After you install them, make sure to fully grease them. Biggest mistake people make is not greasing them, thinking they are pre-greased from MOOG.
