    Good friend of mine just got stranded via a blown spark plug re-thread; mid-way through a cross country family trip. They are in his '97 T100 and looking for shops or a local mechanic with a good rep to set them back on the road. He had done a heli-coil insert last year and I advised him to replace it with a Big-Sert kit, if possible. I know it's a long shot but any local info would be much appreciated to help a fellow member out in need.
