    It can... we have the stupid motorist law for the fools that float downstream during monsoon season. I like that it re-routes air from (dust ground zero) the passenger fender well to a highpoint out of the slipstream. Also I think it's BAD ASS!

    Washed my truck, towed my dad's old 1980 Ski Supreme into the shop area to get her running again after sitting for close to 8 years. Great to hear her purr again. Unfortunately I stupidly didn't take a pic of the first tow for my Tacoma:ohsnap:. Also washed and painted my sisters upper and lower bumper pieces.     Impulsively just bought a "kb voodoo" mid height short bed rack with the tonneau cover compatible brackets and a "sun city" autana tent o_O make me feel better by telling me I need these I have to look cool I must be on the SoCal spotted forum!! My girlfriend says I have a sickness but if we ever break up it's okay cuz I still got a bad ass truck :) pictures of my purchase will be coming in the next week so keep a look out
