    So for $1000 dollars I bought my very first Four Wheel Camper a classic built in 1981. After exploring the mountains and desert I determined it's a bit big for the truck.

    That's much better! Sold the 1981 Fleet for $1500 and bought the 2008 Eagle for $8000. Fits far better than the fleet, hate FWC quit making these.

    I always wash my truck before any trip great way to make sure everything is in working order and clean but not 2hrs before I left San Diego these clowns covered my truck in sand. Oh well the truck looks better dirty.

    With wildfire season comes reduced camping options, luckily with a midsize truck tight spaces are not a problem.
