West Tennessee Camping?

Hey guys, bought a truck in Austin, TX I will be driving back this weekend. Looking to do a simple night of tent camping on the way back. Anybody have a (preferably) scenic campsite they would recommend located off of I-40?

Any suggestions welcome, maybe close to Memphis because I will be stopping to try this BBQ I have heard so much about

 

Natchez Trace is about 2 hours east, and right off of I-40. I've never stayed here but always heard good things.

A little further east and further off the interstate is Nathan Bedford Forrest state park. Been camping there my whole life, right on the river.

There's this one that is just North of Memphis, has good rating on google but I didn't know it existed until I saw it on the parks site so I can't comment.
